2M Marine Dinghy Davit Installations
Below you will find a knowledge base of all the exact boats our dinghy davits have been installed on. For each boat and dinghy combination we will provide as much detail as possible, and also clarify whether or not our davit extensions were required. As we continue adding to this repository we hope that you will find your exact boat, but if not we hope this will instill confidence that our products are very universal and will work well with any configuration.
2006 Sea Ray 380 Sundancer
The 2006 380 Sundancer is a challenging boat to add davits to because of the center transom door that opens outward (interfering with the dinghy). However, our davit extensions (required in this case) provide great results and maintain use of the transom door.
2004 Regal Commodore 3560 / 3760
The 2004 Regal Commodore 3560 (later changed to 3760 model) has a swim platform that has only 33″ of usable depth on the top (front-aft direction). Thus, this customer opted for our dinghy davit extensions to allow more room to walk along the swim platform in front of the dinghy.
2000 Sea Ray 380 Sundancer
The 380 Sea Ray Sundancer is an excellent candidate for our davits, and you will NOT require our extensions for this installation.
2005 Sea Ray 320 Sundancer
The 320 Sea Ray Sundancer is an excellent candidate for our davits, and you will NOT require our extensions for this installation. You would need to use our inexpensive mounting plate shims.
