Refund and Returns Policy

 Please Contact Us prior to purchase so our applications engineer can assist you in determining if our products will work for you.

You may return any new and unused product to us for a full refund (of the original purchase price) within 30 days of the order date.  Unless we have made a mistake, the original shipping cost and the return shipping cost are the responsibility of the customer.  For a full refund of the product price, the item MUST ARRIVE BACK TO US IN NEW CONDITION.  So please package well to prevent and damages.  If we receive the item in a damaged condition, we will have to sell it as used and we will charge a 30% restocking fee to cover the time and cost of replacing any damaged components.

Absolutely no returns or refunds will be allowed on used products or any order outside of the 30 day window.
